Attention: Companies with 10 or more employees February is the month to fill out the OSHA Form 300 and it must remain posted until April 30th. This is to report any workplace injuries or illnesses. You can view the report to determine what the definition of an injury or illness is. Click Here to view/print a copy of the form. Tier II Reporting for Hazmat Companies. Tier II reporting is just around the corner. March 1st is the deadline for filling you Tier II report. Annual reporting is required by both Federal and State law. You are required to file by March 1st each year and report the hazardous materials you had on site during the previous calender year in amounts at or above the reporting threshold of 10,000 pounds this equals to 2,400 gallons. The required method of filling is by electronic method only using the tier II submit software.
